Tell us what is broken. We tell you whether we are the right people, roughly what it would cost, and what we would do first. If we are not right for it, we say so and point you somewhere better.

Technical consultation
A working session, not a sales call. We look at your actual setup — schemas, pipelines, cloud bill, whatever is relevant — and you leave with specific answers and a written summary of what we found and what we would do about it.
Free if you hire us: the full fee comes off your first invoice.

What happens on the free call
- First few minutes · What is brokenYou describe the problem. We ask who it hurts and what it costs every month it continues.
- Middle · What you already haveWhat data exists, how it is organised, and what state the systems are in. This is what moves the price most, so we ask early.
- Then · Money and order of workWhether your budget and our price are in the same range, and what should be done first.
- Last few minutes · A straight answerWhether we can help, who would lead it, what we would suggest, and when you would get it in writing.

What should a first email say?
One paragraph on the problem, roughly what you run it on, and any deadline. Nothing formal.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes — standard mutual NDAs usually within a day.
Do you charge for the call?
The 15-minute intro call is free. The 60-minute technical session is USD 250, and it comes off your first invoice if you hire us.
How do payments work?
Invoices in USD, EUR, GBP or AED, paid by card or bank transfer. Usually half up front on a first project.
