These terms cover your use of this website and of the payment page at /payment/. They are written to be read, not decoded, so they stay short.

The website

This site describes what Intellora Tech does, publishes our project work and writing, and lets you book a call, ask a question or pay an invoice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer on its own; a project starts once both sides have agreed and signed a proposal or statement of work.

Paying through this site

The payment page is for settling an invoice, a deposit or a booked technical session with an amount that has already been agreed with us, by email or in a proposal. Enter the correct amount and a reference where possible, so we can match your payment to the right engagement; a wrong amount or missing reference may delay that match. Card payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's own terms for that transaction.

Refunds are handled case by case: email support@intelloratech.net with the reference or the Stripe receipt and we will sort it out promptly.

Project work

Scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing and payment schedule for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work signed by both parties, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement. Standard mutual non-disclosure agreements are available on request before any substantive discussion.

Intellectual property

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, work product created for a client under a paid engagement belongs to that client on final payment. The Intellora Tech name, mark and the content of this website remain ours.

Liability

We do good, careful work and stand behind it, but nothing on this website is a substitute for the specific warranties and liability terms in a signed engagement agreement, which govern in the event of any conflict with this page.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Terms already agreed in a signed engagement are not affected by a later change here.

Payer via ce site

La page de paiement sert à régler une facture, un acompte ou une session technique réservée, pour un montant déjà convenu avec nous, par e-mail ou dans une proposition. Indiquez le montant exact et une référence si possible, afin que nous puissions rapprocher votre paiement de la bonne mission ; un montant erroné ou une référence manquante peut retarder ce rapprochement. Les paiements par carte sont traités par Stripe ; en payant, vous acceptez également les propres conditions de Stripe pour cette transaction.

Les remboursements sont traités au cas par cas : écrivez à support@intelloratech.net avec la référence ou le reçu Stripe et nous réglerons cela rapidement.

Travail de projet

Le périmètre, les livrables, le calendrier, la tarification et l'échéancier de paiement de toute mission sont fixés dans une proposition ou un cahier des charges signé séparément par les deux parties, qui prévaut sur cette page pour cette mission. Des accords de confidentialité mutuels standards sont disponibles sur demande avant toute discussion approfondie.

Propriété intellectuelle

Sauf accord signé contraire, le travail produit pour un client dans le cadre d'une mission payante lui appartient dès le paiement final. Le nom et la marque Intellora Tech, ainsi que le contenu de ce site, restent notre propriété.

Responsabilité

Nous effectuons un travail soigné dont nous répondons, mais rien sur ce site ne remplace les garanties et clauses de responsabilité spécifiques d'un accord de mission signé, qui prévaut en cas de conflit avec cette page.

Modifications de ces conditions

Si ces conditions changent de manière significative, nous mettrons à jour la date en haut de cette page. Les conditions déjà convenues dans une mission signée ne sont pas affectées par un changement ultérieur ici.
