Project & Delivery Management

The discipline that makes the other six land on time and on budget.

Good engineering does not survive bad delivery. We run every project against a named methodology chosen for the shape of the work: PRINCE2 where governance and stage gates matter, Agile and Scrum where the requirement will keep moving, or a PMBOK-aligned blend where part of the programme is fixed and part is exploratory. The method is picked to fit the work, not applied by default.

What we do

  • Methodology selection & governance designPRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, a PMBOK-aligned waterfall, or a deliberate hybrid, chosen for the project's risk profile and how settled the requirements actually are.
  • Programme & project management office (PMO)Schedule, budget, RAID log, change control and stage-gate reporting run as a discipline, not bolted onto the engineering work after the fact.
  • Agile delivery & Scrum facilitationSprint planning, backlog ownership, ceremonies and velocity tracking for teams where the requirement is expected to change as the work proceeds.
  • Business case & benefits realisationThe case for the spend, built to a PMBOK-aligned standard, and the tracking that proves the benefit was actually realised once delivery is over.
  • Stakeholder & steering committee reportingThe written weekly update and the steering pack, built so a non-technical sponsor or board can follow progress without a translator.
  • Risk, issue & change managementA structured RAID log and change-control process, so scope drifts on paper before it drifts in the codebase.

Who usually owns the budget

Programme Director, PMO Lead, or a sponsor who has been burned by a delivery with no paper trail.

What triggers the purchase

  • A programme has no single named methodology and everyone is improvising their own
  • The board wants a steering pack and the current update is a Slack thread
  • Requirements are fixed in some areas and volatile in others, and one methodology does not fit both

Is this the piece you need?

Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to know whether this is the right starting point.
